How this works
Each year of your life lights up one house of your birth chart. House 1 activates at birth, house 2 the year after, and so on, moving through all twelve houses in order before the cycle begins again.
The sign sitting on that activated house has a planetary ruler, and that planet becomes your time lord for the year. Think of it as a guide whose condition and placement color the themes you're likely to meet.
